PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT...THE NEW EMPHASIS

One can think that they just simply move through life and become the reality of their goals and dreams...they will be incredibly wrong, and foolish to even be purporting such untruth.  Nothing in life would be achieved if you as a person are not committed to personal growth and development.  This must be a consistent continual process and state, rather than a one time event.

And so, we must placed all emphasis on working on who we are than we place on other things.  Because who we are determines in full effect who we become.  I've realized very early in this process of success that if you want to build a big business, you must first become a big you.  Alot of people want the big success and big life, but not as eagerly interested and excited about placing even greater and bigger emphasis upon themselves.  Therefore they trick themselves into an inescapable falsehood and prison of fear, regret, and baseless useless wishful and hopeful thinking.

The moment Personal Development becomes the emphasis is the moment you begin a level of seriousness about change, and your commitment to create a life of success begins to be intensified.  And so as growth happens, so is much more the intensity of our emotions to commit to growth and the creation of a person better able to attract the frequencies that unlock the development of our dreams and goals, through new connects of persons and arrangement of favorable circumstances.

COMMIT TO PERSONAL GROWTH.  Read books in tandem with growth and mastery.  Begin to upgrade your desire for knowledge and "written mentorship" - authors who can now provide a level of mentorship and coaching...compact between the covers of their books.  Listen to new material that intensify the emotions of personal growth and success.  Shape the new you, and become who you need to be to create the success you want to experience.

EMBRACING THE BEAUTY OF TOBAGO

When you pursue success, you create the desire to see different worlds, places and regions.  Here is the beauty of Tobago, Caribbean.  As a father, you have a responsibility that encompasses many functions, but certainly that of being a Mentor to your children.  They want to see you as a success and demonstrating that as well, in your business affairs, but also at the same time, taking moments to be with them, to love them, to laugh with them and to experience life on their turf.  And I certainly had a wonderful moment with my son, enjoying a day in my country's sister isle of Tobago.

What a wonderful moment of joy and laughter, a moment of mentorship and relationship, and of course the opportunity to meet new people and create new friendships.  You cant blame children...they are always friendly with each other because that is their initial language...that of love.  They dont see hate, unless we teach them hate.  They don't see race, unless we teach them race.  All they see is the experience to share.  And certainly we shared some experiences across some scenic regions in Tobago.  And now, I want to share them with you.

THE MISSION OF SUCCESS

To many people, the whole idea of success is at times elusive.  Because growing up, we have been confronted by all sorts of philosophies and doctrines, experiences or data that have all shaped our mind and perspective about life, and about what we should do or should not do, what we should become or should not become.  Yes indeed...Choices.  And people make their decision nonetheless to embrace what faces them or to create their own scenarios.  And their power to choose between this or that depends upon the doctrines and philosophies they have embraced.  It was George Bernard Shaw, who wrote, "People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are.  I do not believe in circumstances.  The people that get on in this world are the people that get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they cannot find them, make them."

This means to say that people can also choose to be and to become successful.  It does not matter the nature of your circumstances nor your schooling.  And this is the choice that I have made, yes...to become successful...in life, in business, in relationships, in every area and aspect of my life.  But I understand also from tutelage of my mentors, that you become successful by helping others as well become successful.  This means that I am on a Mission.  I call it the Mission of Success, in which I am in pursuit of people who also interested in becoming success and creating success.  People who are in pursuit of a better, happier, joyful and funfilled life.  It is my desire that this mission takes me all over my country, all over my region, and all over the world, in every country, in every continent, meeting, impacting and touching people and groups from all walks of life.  Because no greater joy will I have than to see others become successful in their lives, and we can all share the journeys and stories of their success.

Here we will highlight those journeys, and those stories.  Those experiences, and those travels; as we embark on our own success journey, around and across the globe.  This is DMA GOING GLOBAL.
